NDHCE^®
The deadlines to the Transfer and/or Withdrawal from the May 2026 NDHCE^® are:

Transfer/Withdrawal Deadline: April 27, 2026 @ 11:59 PM PST
Late Withdrawal Deadline: May 14, 2026 @ 11:59 PM PST

Transfer requests are to move your registration from the May 2026 admin to the September 2026 admin. 

By completing this process you are requesting a withdrawal or transfer from the NDHCE^®. No fees or refunds will be processed until after the request is approved. The transfer fee is $62 +tax (non-refundable). The withdrawal fee is $155 +tax and the late withdrawal fee is $310+ tax (non-refundable). 

Note: Individuals can only transfer one time. If you have transferred previously your request will be processed as a withdrawal and the withdrawal fees charged accordingly.

CPEDH
The deadlines to Withdrawal from the May 2026 CPEDH^® are:

By completing this process you are requesting a withdrawal from the CPEDH^®. No fees or refunds will be processed until after the request is approved. The withdrawal fee is $310 +tax (non-refundable) plus 50% of remaining exam fees. Late withdrawals can be requested, but there is no refund of fees. 

Note: Transfer Requests are not accepted for the CPEDH^®.
