Transfer / Withdrawal


NDHCE
The deadlines to the Transfer and/or Withdrawal from the May 2025 NDHCE™ are:

Transfer/Withdrawal Deadline: April 29, 2025 @ 11:59 PM PST
Late Withdrawal Deadline: May 15, 2025 @ 11:59 PM PST

Individuals cannot transfer/change their testing location. 
Transfer requests are to move your registration from the January admin to the May admin. 

By completing this process you are requesting a withdrawal or transfer from the NDHCE™. No fees or refunds will be processed until after the request is approved. The transfer fee is $62 +tax (non-refundable). The withdrawal fee is $155 +tax and the late withdrawal fee is $310+ tax (non-refundable). 

Note: Individuals can only transfer one time. If you have transferred previously your request will be processed as a withdrawal and the with withdrawal fees charged accordingly.

CPEDH
The deadlines to Withdrawal from the Spring 2025 CPEDH™ are:

Withdrawal Deadline: April 7, 2025 @ 11:59 PM PST
Late Withdrawal Deadline: April 25, 2025 @ 11:59PM PST

By completing this process you are requesting a withdrawal from the CPEDH™. No fees or refunds will be processed until after the request is approved. The withdrawal fee is $310 +tax (non-refundable) plus 50% of remaining exam fees. Late withdrawals can be requested, but there is no refund of fees. 

Note: Transfer Requests are not accepted for the CPEDH.

Territory Acknowledgement

The FDHRCTM office stands on the ancestral and unceded territory of the Anishinaabe Algonquin Nation. The Algonquin peoples have had a special, reciprocal relationship with this territory since time immemorial, and this relationship continues today. The FDHRCTM recognizes without qualification the inherent lands and territory rights of the Algonquin peoples as articulated in Section 35 of the Constitution Act of Canada 1982, as well as the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples which is enshrined in various legislation in what is now commonly called Canada.
